2020 Registration Day

** ALL players for the 2020 season are expected to attend Registration Day. **

Please bring full fees and proof of registration (available from Saturday 8 February via PlayFootball.com.au)

or

Register and Pay on the day.

** A free pair socks per family who attend Registration Day. **

New Players

Please bring each of the following items:

  1. Birth Certificate or proof of age
  2. Full fees or proof of online payment
  3. If registering on the day then please bring your email address and emergency contact details
  4. FFA number and password if you have them
  5. A guardian (18+) if you are U16
Photos

You will need to have a photo taken if it is your 1st year in
U12, U16, Mens, Womens or you are a new player.

** We are able to take digital photos on registration day. **

Online registrations available from Saturday 8 February.

These are volunteer positions within the Club. You will be required to liaise with the appropriate committee member(s), but ultimately need to work independently while developing this role for the Club.

General Meeting

NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING TO ALTER THE RULES

Greyhounds Christian Soccer Club Inc. is convening a General Meeting at which resolution/s will be proposed as special resolutions to alter the rules of the association.

The meeting will be held 6pm on Tuesday 4 June 2019 at theHudson Park undercover area.

Special resolution/s:

Many changes and additions have been made to bring our Rules up to date with the Associations Incorporation Act 2015. Please review the changes, which are noted in the comments section of the proposed new Rules, and have been emailed to all members.

The new Rules will be voted upon at the meeting.

Information for Members:

  • Rule 16.6 does not allow for proxy votes at General Meetings
  • Notice of a proposed special resolution to alter the rules, name or objects must be sent to all members of the Association.
  • In accordance with Rule 16.2 meetings shall be called by the Secretary of the Club by notifying all Members in writing (email) not less than two (2) weeks prior to the date of the meeting.
  • Alterations to the rules can only be made if supported by 75% of members voting at the meeting.
  • Alterations to the rules only take effect when lodged with the Department of Commerce.

U16 Girls needed

Greyhounds is creating a second U16 Girls team for the upcoming 2019 season but need a few more players. We would love to have groups of friends sign-up and play together!

Girls who are interested, but not sure, are invited to come to training and check things out before deciding.

2017 Winners

Balga Market Donates

The Balga Community Association Inc. which trades as the Balga Friday Markets, have been making donations to local Sporting Clubs for many years from the proceeds raised by their community volunteers operating at the Balga Friday Market.

Their Management Committee have recently met and decided to donate again to Greyhounds CSC. This has been a yearly donation, made over a number of years, and the Balga Markets are proud once again to support the children and families at our club.

We are pleased to announce their donation this year is $1000!

The Balga Friday Market operates each Friday at Princess / Wallington Reserve Balga.

Sellers admitted from 6:30am at $15 per bay, and buyers from 8am to 12 noon for no cost.

Bric a brack, plants, clothing, tools, books, toys, etc are all for sale and morning tea/coffee, light snacks, cool drinks can be purchased.
