In keeping with the IFAB rules addressing uniform, visible coloured compression shorts and shirts should be worn in line with the clubs playing strip.

Coaches, players and parents should understand it is ultimately the decision of the referee on game day to determine what they will allow onto the pitch!

We offer the following guidelines:

1. Contrasting colours (including black) should not be visible.
2. Visible compression shorts should be green.
3. Visible compression shirts should be yellow or green to match the colour of the playing shirt.
4. Onside Sports have suitable options but there are others.

The colour and visibility guidelines apply to anything worn under the playing strip!
